  1. I do think this a win. I feel that this sets a dangerous precedent. That are not actually going after the root of the problem. The FDA is going after flavored PODs and not what is causing the higher rate of use which is the Nicotine concentration. The way the FDA ruling is written makes easy for them to pull other products off the market. What they will probably see is in increase in use on the tobacco flavored PODs.

They should had made a mandate to reduce the nicotine in PODs to a safer level instead of a 50mg concentration. Max typically with Tank style device is around 6mg. Juul PODs are 8 times stronger in concentration.

They should had regulated the nicotine to a max of 12mg nicotine concentrations.

  2. Absolutely Yes, the JUUL has corrupted the vape industry, a product that should have never seen the day of light. I feel for the new people that are trying to quit, but , learning curve, proper training are in order to quit. I know some people do not have the time and some people just lazy. No pain no gain.

  3. This is a win, and a win of any magnitude is good at this point. Dont forget that a certain single manufacturer is responsible for all this happening with their marketing choices and foolish participations
